We’re delighted with the advancement of works at the 109-unit development, The Cornfields, for Banks homes. This is an exclusive development featuring a selection of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes, located in the historic market town of Yarm.

Our Groundworks team has been actively progressing with key infrastructure works, including earthworks, adoptable roads and sewers, compound setups, and plots.

Progress to date includes:

– Section 104 sewer installation
– Section 38 road construction
– Oversite works completed for 30 plots
– Completion of sales area externals
– All associated earthworks
